Belly Dancing - Where did it come from?

Belly dancing is a dance in which the hips and belly are swayed by the dancer in a sexy, sometimes provocative manner. Moving the abdominal muscles is one of the main characteristics of belly dancing although it is also focuses on different parts of the body and moving them in specific independent ways.

Belly dance is generally accomplished barefoot because it is assumed that the barefooted show accentuates the close physical relationship between the dancer, the Mother Earth and the expressions shown by the dancer.

Belly dance is a derivative of customary women’s dancing from North Africa and The Middle East. Women from this region dance at family get togethers, parties, weddings and other social occasions and the dance gradually became known as belly dancing, it is a form that aims at providing entertainment.

The History of Belly Dancing:

Across the world Belly dancing is also known as ‘danse du ventre' meaning ‘dance of the stomach’. Also other terms, namely, Middle Eastern Dance and Raqs Sharqi (An Arabic term that means “Dance Of The East.”). It originated in ancient Babylon in the southern part of Iraq. After the initial introduction of belly dancing and drumming in ancient Babylon, belly dance was passed down from generation to generation.

After the arrival of Islam in Arabia, the tribes would assemble the women on private gatherings and other special occasions where they entertained others through dancing while men created the music using drums.

In regards to the history of belly dance, there is evidence that while the Abbasid and the Fatimid dynasties ruled, the Arabs settled in Egypt and passed on the knowledge of belly dancing to the people of Egypt. The Egyptians quickly adopted this dance form and passed it on to the subsequent generations.

In the US, belly dancing, was introduced when a dancer known as ‘Little Egypt’ performed `Raqs Sharqi` at the Chicago Exposition in the year 1893. This dancer “Little Egypt’ included several techniques in her belly dancing, most notably, belly rolls, hip drops, shoulder shimmies, undulations and all the definitive techniques and styles of belly dancing.

Belly Dance—As a Popular Dance Form

Belly dance was initially popular in the Middle Eastern region of the world only but slowly and surely, it became a well-established form of dance in the US as well as throughout Europe. It is gaining extreme popularity in Asia also.

The various forms and styles used by belly dancers and a large assortment of costumes used in belly dancing have made this dance form very popular across the nation. However, there are two specific types of oriental belly dance, namely, “Raqs Baladi” and “Raqs Sharqi.” That are a bit different. Raqs Baladi” is popular as a social dance while Raqs Sharqi” is considered to be more dramatic and more popular form of dance in the western countries.

“Raqs Baladi” as well as “Raqs Sharqi” is performed at festivals by men and women of all ages. In specific places where belly dancing is a native dance, girls and boys educate themselves on the performance art from an early age by following the dance movements of their elders during family gatherings.

Since the beginning, the art of belly dancing is getting more popular across the world and it has reached a stage where belly dancing festivals, concerts and workshops are now organized regularly throughout the world.

Altogether it is known that men and women are getting drawn to these belly dance events in huge numbers.

Is It Possible To Learn Belly Dancing Via DVDs And Videos?

The best way to learn belly dancing is through a belly dance instructor through group or private lessons, but if you can not find a belly dance class nearby or you can not afford regular belly dance classes with an expert; you can learn belly dancing through DVDs and Videos.

On the internet, videos and DVDs containing instructions on correct belly dance moves are available at fairly inexpensive rates. You can easily buy these videos/DVDs and start learning belly dance at home. However, if purchasing videos to learn belly dance, you should go for three to four videos that teach basic moves and also contain dance performances by experts. You will need to learn the basic moves effectively and arrange your home lessons in a way that you can get the most benefits from the videos or DVDs. What is good about these DVD’s is that you can watch them as many times as you want and practice a step as per your time and convenience.

Don't Think You Can Dance - Try Sketching.

Have you ever gone to the fair, or Disneyland, or any of the big amusement parks and gotten a sketch of your self done?  Pretty cool huh?  The artist just sits you down and knocks it out.  Sometimes it's a caricature and sometimes it's a real portrait.  Any you think, man that takes alot of skill to do that.  Well, realistically, it doesn't.  It's kind of like dance.  You see the pro's do it and you immediately think "I can never do that", but then you take classes for several months and meet up with someone that love to dance and voila, you're dancing.  So sketching is the same, you take a few beginner basic classes that teaches you the basics and what to look for when you sketch something.  Then you practice.  And practice some more. Then, Voila, you're sketching the whole family at your parties and everyone thinks your cool.

Well, if you want to try it out and you don't want to commit to a whole series of classes, there is a place in Garden Grove that has some connections with one of Disneylands Top Artists.  He is going to do a one time beginner workshop for 2 hours at The Bea Hive to show the basics of what you are looking for when you sketch something.  He happens to be REALLY good at faces and people but as a beginner, you may want to start with an apple, or a tree, or something with a little less details.  Either way, you should have fun trying and if you like it, I'm pretty sure he will come back for a series of classes in 2010.  There will be a sign up sheet at the workshop if you go.

Call The Bea Hive to reserve a spot at the workshop.

When:  December 19th from 11 to 1pm
Where: The Bea HIve Dance Center
            9627 Chapman Ave
            Garden Grove Ca. 92841

Price:  $10.00 preregistered
           $15.00 at the door.

Save My Marriage. Learn Intimate Secrets on How!!

So you have decided that you really do want to save your marriage? Do you have kids? Is it all different than the way it used to be? Have you realized that moving to another place and maybe co-parenting would be financially and emotionally devastating?
Whatever your reasons are, you CAN save your marriage. How do I know this? I have seen it a hundred times. In this article I will tell you how to add a new spark to your marriage or relationship. However, I do need to say that I’m not a therapist or an expert, so don’t take my advice as such. I don’t know you and can’t make any guarantees because it takes both people to make a relationship or marriage work.

A few years ago my friend’s husband decided to end their marriage. To my friend, let’s call her Jane; it was out of the blue. Without giving personal details, he was pretty sure of his decision and only wanted to talk about who was getting what and how to get through it as quickly as possible. They had no children at the time, but Jane was devastated, shocked, and a bit angry all the same. Frankly, she never saw it coming and was going about her business thinking everything was AOK.

Obviously, it wasn’t. After her initial shock and anger, she was flabbergasted, not only at his behavior, but how different this was to how they used to be. Sure, they had a few issues, as every normal couple, but in the beginning we were truly happy, and nothing like the situation on our hands now was making any sense.

She didn’t understand what had changed. All she wanted was for him to just change his mind with this ridiculous break up. So, she panicked and went on a crusade on her own to change his mind through whatever measures necessary —threats, begging, desperate, (and embarrassing) behavior. She did everything she could do to get his attention.

When all that didn’t work and he refused to play the game, she kicked and screamed, grieved, hid and stopped living her life. She was just miserable. Yes, her situation was bad and she had no time to prepare, but she was doing absolutely nothing to help herself.

Then her husband demanded she stop the silliness. He presented her with the divorce papers, told her to get her own attorney and the whole thing would be final in 30-60 days, according to him.

Well, that woke her up. She realized her tactics weren’t working. She had a month or two to try something new or to just stop this nonsense and move on with her life. She decided to do something for herself to get out of the depression.

She had been watching all these TV dance shows like “Dancing With the Stars” and “So You Think You Can Dance”. She had always thought about learning to dance but never did as she felt awkward and like she had no rhythm.

She went online and found a studio near her to sign up for dance lessons. She liked the idea of ballroom so she took some ballroom classes. After only a couple of lessons she realized it wasn’t so hard. She liked it and kept going back. She got attention from here instructor as well as the rest of the people in the class and started to feel a bit better and less depressed.
Her husband noticed this change and asked her where she had been going 3 nights a week. What was she doing that made her come home smiling and happy? It was like there was a new spark in her eyes that was not there before. One that looked similar to when he first met her. When she said she was dancing – he laughed and tried to make her feel bad about going.
She tried to not to let it bother her and continued to go, increasing the weeknights of dance lessons so she wouldn’t be at home with him. Then all of a sudden, the tables turned. He wanted to know who was in the class that made her so happy, why this new spark, what about these lessons were so special. He said he was moving out but never actually picked up his stuff and went. He put off his appointments with the attorney and she just never hired one.
This went of for a few months and one day – he accused her of cheating and demanded that he go with her to the class. She was very uncomfortable with this but agreed to take him. He felt awkward and silly the first time but everyone was very nice and the instructor made him feel as comfortable as possible. He felt that he could never keep up with the classes but continued to go “to keep an eye on Jane”.
I think this was all a fabricated story because he continued to go with her and actually enjoyed himself in the process. There was a new spark in their relationship and upon coming home from dance class; they started to make love again. It was as if the intimacy that wasn’t there before, or had gotten stale in some way, was BACK!!!!

Now this happened to Jane as a fluke. It was not planned or intended to “Save Her Marriage”. But it did. Dance is a powerful thing. It will add an intimacy to your relationship that you never knew existed.

If you feel your relationship is needs some excitement or a new spark, find a studio near you and sign up for lessons. If you can’t find a studio, get dance DVD’s to learn to dance at home. Here are a couple of links that will give you great ideas.

Ever have that desire to dance?

Do you ever get that urge to dance. If you enjoy music you will enjoy moving to it. I find myself bobbing my head, and swaying my hips. Dancing is such a great way to come out of your shell that you have been hiding in like a hermit crab! Me being a bit on the shy side, this helps bring out my sexiness and allows me to express myself through dance. Music always takes me away, dance can take me even further.

When someone asks you if you want to go to the club this weekend, don't give them any more lame excuses. Be confident in your ability to dance and keep up with the crowd.

Learn belly dancing, latin or maybe even salsa. The BEAHIVE dance studio always has something going on. Grab a schedule when you come in and you might also notice that we carry a wide variety of shoes and clothes.

Just invision yourself in a red flashy dress, with some black latin dance shoes, and the moves that be taught to you so easily and effectively.

Now let it out! Dance as if no one is watching!

Best Kept Dance Secrets.

I'VE BEEN KEEPING SOMETHING FROM YOU

There is a secret to improving your dance technique that good dancers won't tell you about.

Actually, if you watch closely, almost every good dancer uses it. And the reason they won't tell you what it is might surprise you.
It's because they have forgotten it is a secret.

Here's the thing. Becoming a good dancer is an evolution - of your skills, and of your whole lifestyle. Your taste in music changes. Your circle of friends changes. Your style of clothing changes.

It happens slowly and, before you know it, you'll be practicing your moves without even noticing. At work the other day, someone walked in on me in the break room. He stopped halfway through the door. "What are YOU doing??"

"Ummm, practicing my salsa?" I stuttered. I must have looked like a Khung-Fu student on crack.

Maybe you're laughing now, but someday it will happen to you.

With all those changes, it's easy for a little thing like footwear to go unnoticed. And yet, THAT'S THE SECRET. When I wear the wrong pair of shoes now, everything else feels wrong. My balance feels off. My steps feel awkward.

Let's Talk About Shoes

The worst shoes to wear dancing are sandals and running shoes. That's like driving with your parking brake on.

The best shoes have a snug fit with hard, narrow soles that are thin enough to feel the floor under your foot. Men need their weight pitched slightly forward, and the best shoes will help with that. Women need to stay on the balls of their feet so medium heels, which strap to the back of your heel, are essential.

Most experienced dancers wear dance shoes made specifically for their dance, and buying your first pair is like a rite of passage.

If you're just starting out in dancing, consider the way your shoes make you step. If you can't feel the floor; if you are stepping heavy; if your feet stick instead of slide, then your shoes are holding you back. Look for a pair of shoes like I described.

While we were in Los Angeles, we met a very friendly lady named Bea, who owned the dance shop and studio our workshop was in. She also has an online store with an excellent selection of dance shoes and clothes, especially for the ladies. She's offering CPSalsa Members a discount....

It's Time!!

If you have been dancing a while, then stop hesitating.

Dancing is your thing, and you will stick with it. It's time to claim your status symbol as dancer.

Take the plunge, and buy your dance shoes. You will be glad you did, and you will be excited when they arrive (I know I was!)

Dancing in the right shoes???

You would be surprised by the amazing difference just wearing the right shoes to dance in makes. I know from experience that high heels just hurt my feet! When wearing the comfortable latin dance shoes it makes so much of a difference that sometimes I wear them to work (even though you are not supposed to ). They are specifically designed for a dance floor with suede bottoms and ankle support. Imagine gliding across the ballroom floor with shoes that bend with your every step. It almost feels like you are wearing absolutely no shoes on your feet. Yet at the same time, they are supportive. Not only are dance shoes comfortable but your performances will be as flawless as your skills. By not wearing the right dancing shoes you could injure yourself. Straining leg muscles and the possibility of falling on stage is always there. Wouldn't that be embarrassing?? SO I say gear up and get the right accessories for your dance performances. You may walk in the store not knowing how the shoes feel but you will walk out knowing the absolute difference real dance shoes makes. There are many places online to buy dance shoes but sometimes you have to go through several pairs before finding the right ones. If you are in Orange County, the closest place to get them at an affordable price is Latin Dance Store. They are in Garden Grove and have an actual inventory of shoes so you can try them on and feel the difference.

Dance Class – Not Just for Kids

If you’ve turned on your TV lately, you may have noticed that dance is all the rage these days. Contestants battle the bulge and try to prove they’re the best. Celebrities match up with dance veterans on Dancing with the Stars, and unknown talent performs on So You Think You Can Dance. These shows are not just for entertainment – they have sparked a dance craze across the nation. People from all ages and backgrounds have been signing up to enjoy the benefits of dance lessons.

Learning to dance has both physical and mental benefits. In addition, it is a skill you can showcase on many occasions. Weddings, bar mitzvahs, Quinseañeras, parties…there’s always an occasion to display your moves on the dance floor. Learn to dance to impress a love interest, prepare for your wedding, or get in shape. Whatever your motivation is, there is a friendly dance studio near you where professional instructors can help you achieve all of your dancing goals.

Ballroom dancing and salsa dancing are two very popular dance class options. Don’t have a partner? Don’t worry. There are services on the web that will match you up with a compatible dance partner. Or your studio can help you find a great dance partner as well. If you do have a partner in mind, say your husband, fiancé, or boyfriend, dance classes are a great way to add a little spark and romance to your relationship.

Single and looking to meet new people? What better way to make new friends than in a steamy salsa class with a great Latin beat. As you learn salsa, you’ll be able to loosen up and be more confident on the dance floor. Salsa dancing also slims and tones your body. Instead of going out and having a big dinner and drinks with your friends, take your pals to a salsa party at your local studio. You’ll have twice as much fun, burn calories, and get to mingle with a whole new set of interesting and fun people.

The holidays are right around to corner. What better way to surprise your sweetie than a great deal on ballroom dancing or salsa dance classes. Or indulge yourself in some lessons so you can knock everyone’s socks off the next time you’re on the dance floor. The health and fitness benefits are well worth the cost of class and the friendships you’ll make are priceless.

Is a happy day,
For we go to The Bea Hive
And dance and sing and play.

Mrs Ruby does not say to us—
"Stop that horrid noise,"
'Cause she understands we can't
Cuz our dance IS our toys

And they let the girls dress up,
In the secret room,
And when they strew things around,
we just call it The Bea Hive Groom.

But we ought to pick it up,
Even on this special day,
For our parents we will show off
what we learn the Bea Hive way

Yes, we love the Christmas time
Best show of all the year,

Give the Gift of Dance!!!!

As the holidays approach, (and they are coming quickly!), department stores and malls will be busy with shoppers trying to find something for that special someone that is so difficult to buy for. Why not try something new this year that will not only help promote health and wellness, but will also give them something that they can enjoy for the rest of their lives...ballroom dance lessons.

Whether it’s your spouse or significant other, for your sister or other family members, for the wedding couple, or for yourself, ballroom dancing brings to you many great fortunes. The obvious ones are more fun in life, exercise without having to go to a gym, muscle-toning and stamina building simultaneously, and a renewed sense of life that always seems to come to every student in the beginning of their dance lives.

The not-so-obvious benefits to taking ballroom dancing lessons are:

1) Confidence: Most people, especially men, find new things about themselves through the fun of taking dance lessons. One of them is an increased sense of confidence when meeting members of the opposite sex or in social situations. Women tend to "come out of their shells" and become the beautiful swan that the daily stresses of life often hide.

2) Increased energy and new ways to spend evenings and weekends. Instead of sitting on the couch watching "Dancing with the Stars," you are OUT Dancing with your friends, sometimes several times a week. Most dancers have to tape the show because they are out dancing.

3) Ballroom dancing battles Alzheimer’s. There is an increasing amount of evidence that suggests this. Ballroom dancing engages both sides of the brain, makes you pay attention to beats and counts, causes you to engage every muscle at the same time, and can be learned at any age. More and more studies are confirming that ballroom dancing will help you to avoid Alzheimer’s.

4) Improved Relationships. Because it is an activity that requires engaging with your partner in a close dance position while also working together as a team, dancing has always been something that helps make marriages and relationships stronger. Even Vernon and Irene Castle, the couple who are credited for the origins of ballroom dancing in the 1910's, promoted it to a religiously anti-dance America as a way to help marriages last.

5) Ballroom dancing puts you in a happy place. The more you dance the better you feel and the happier you are. You become more socially active and get in better shape. When you are in better shape, you feel happier and better about yourself. The best part is that you don't need to go to the gym! Dancers frequently have the stamina to last through 3 hours of cardiovascular exercise 3-4 times a week by doing one thing....dancing.

If you are holiday shopping this year and get tired of standing in lines trying to find something to buy for someone who already has everything, or you are just over the whole commercialization of Christmas altogether, contact one of the ballroom studios in the Orange County area and give the gift of dance.

Don't Be A Couch Potato. Learn to Dance Like a Star!!!!

"My girlfriend and I  have been watching the show for a couple of years now and I am very excited to learn this with my girlfriend. I am surprising her for Christmas - I wanted to give her something romantic and she will love this! - Bryce B. Utah

It's Friday night and your friends are off for another fun night of music and dancing. You really want to go but you're afraid because you can’t dance, or at least you think you can’t and that is enough to stop you from going.
Instead you stay home on your couch watching “Dancing with the Stars’’. The gorgeous costumes, the infectious beat of the music, and of course the romance…..
As you drift off to sleep you dream of yourself being whirled across the dance floor with the rythmic beat of the Samba surrounding you. You are in the arms of a gorgeous man. You smile at him in confidence; his strong arms encircle your waist as he glides you across the dance floor, making your feel like you are flying.
Laughing seductively, you throw back your head and begin swaying with the music  and grinding your hips provacatively as you drive yourself closer and closer to the edge of ... the dance floor.
As the music draws to an end you gently pull apart, he tries to bring you back but as you turn from him you are swept away once again but this time in the arms of another handsome man.

You look back and catch the desperate look in your partner’s eyes as he watches you being lead away from him this time to the easy sway of the waltz.

There is no stopping you tonight; you are barely able to catch your breath as one partner after the other claims you for a dance. Visions of the foxtrot, the Jive, the Rumba and the Cha Cha fill your head.
As you look around the room searching for the gorgeous partner that you shared your first dance with you see that most of the dancers have left. As if on cue the lights begin to dim. Perhaps,  it is time for you to go as well. As you move towards the door, the band begins to play and somehow you feel it. He is there, waiting for you on the dance floor with his arms held open, looking at you as if you are the only woman in the world.
The sensual music of the Tango pulls you into his arms as once again he folds you into his embrace, spinning you and twirling you across the floor.
As the song comes to an end you glance up at him and feel … like you must be dreaming.

Well, yes of course you are, but the good news is that it will not be for long. With the help of Emmy Nominated Choreographer, Louis van Amstel, best known for his 3 hit seasons on America's most popular dance show, 'Dancing with the Stars', you will be able to learn all of the most popular dance steps in the ease and convenience of your own home.
The eight disc selection allows you to choose from popular dancing steps such as: Cha Cha, Salsa, Waltz, Tango, Sumba, Jive, Rumba and the Foxtrot.
Learning how to dance will help you gain more confidence, tone your body, and shed any unwanted pounds, and the greatest part of it is that you will be having fun while doing it.
Before long you too could be “Dancing with the Stars”.

The Gift Of Dance - The Gift That Keeps On Giving

When Ann Jenkins was told that her daughter Amy was having trouble interacting with the other kids in her kindergarten class, she was at a loss for words. You see, Amy had always been a little shy around other kids, but after she "warmed up" she was usually fine. Why was kindergarten class any different? Amy's teacher told Ann that she felt Amy lacked self-confidence and that the other kids recognized this and picked on her. When Ann asked the teacher what to do, she was surprised at her response: "Enroll Amy in dance lessons".
Initially shocked that dance could help her daughter psychologically, Ann started to do some research. Here's what she found out about the benefits of dance for children:

• Teaches kids an exciting new way to move their bodies in entertaining and creative ways.

• Introduces kids to exercise that is fun to do, early in life, promoting a life-long commitment to fitness.

• Promotes self-discipline.

• Improves self-esteem and builds self-confidence.

• Improves flexibility, coordination and memory.

• Builds strength and stamina.

• Gives children a sense of grace.

• Helps children succeed in other sports and in the classroom.

There are almost as many kinds of dance classes out there are there are kids. Like adults, kids just have to find their niche. The Bea Hive Dance Studio in Garden Grove, California, caters to children of all ages, from toddlers to teens. Their unique Kid's Program has classes available after school, in the evenings, and on weekends with classes in many different genres, including Hip Hop, Salsa, Funk Style Street Dancing, Ballet, Jazz, Polynesian Dancing and Aerial and Dance Fitness Training. Classes are starting now, so enroll quickly to make sure that your child will be assured a spot. Remember, dance is one of the greatest gifts that you can ever give your child. It is the gift that keeps on giving, for many years to come.

For more information about dance classes for kids and adults, or to rent the studio for your own dance event or party, contact Beatrix, Queen of the Bea Hive, at 800-883-2109.

How Dancing Has Improved My Sexlife

It’s Friday; finally, it’s the weekend. The kids are out of clean socks and underwear, the refrigerator is empty, the house is a mess, one of our kitchen cupboards has been hanging on one hinge since Sunday and I still have to make time to help my daughter with her class project. Ah, time to relax; except that this weekend isn’t shaping up to be much in the way of relaxing.

My girlfriends are disgusted with me. They think that I’m crazy to be constantly working and doing things that they deem as being NO FUN.

Well, who can argue; let’s face it, they’re right. I don’t run my life, my life runs me! So in a moment of rebellion, and considering this momentous discovery, I grab a pen and paper and quickly write down all of the stuff I need to do and possible easy solutions:

• Kids have no clean underwear or socks – Solution = buy new ones on the way home from the office.

• Fridge is empty - Solution = order pizza

• Kitchen cupboard is falling off its hinges – Solution = take it off! (who needs cupboards anyway?). Note to myself: remove all cupboard doors!

• House is a mess – Solution = offer my daughter and her two girl friends movie tickets if they restore the house to some semblance of order.

• Daughters class project – Solution = after movie have all the girls work on their projects together.

Voila!!, I am FREE! I have time to do whatever I want. It takes me about half a second to decide what that is; I can finally take the dance lessons that I saw advertised on ABC News the other night “Louis Let’s Dance”. A bunch of my friends have signed up and are loving it; and the cool thing is, their husbands are enjoying it as well.

I can see it now, the lights turned down low, and the heady beat of Cha Cha music playing in the background… romance is definitely in the air. My man comes across the room to me, his arms open, inviting me into his strong embrace.

I slowly walk towards him, my dress swaying as I gently move my hips from side to side. He takes my hand, putting his behind me at the small of my back. Within a moment, he has my body tight up against his; he holds me possessively, like he will never let me go.

The music starts, the dance has begun. We move together across the dance floor; he spins me away from him, only to bring me back firmly, my body sliding up against his as together we twirl and grind and pump our bodies against one another, all to the hypnotic beat of the Rhumba.

I am breathless at the end of the dance. As I spin away from him, the music starts again this time it is the Salsa. Once again our bodies move together; with smiles on our faces and laughter in our hearts we masterfully meet the challenges of the dance.

As the song is about to reach its crescendo, I pull away from him and launch myself into his arms as he lifts me from the dance floor over his head in our triumph.

I have never felt so alive, as he gently brings me down from the top of the world, I softly wet my lips in anticipation for his kiss. I am so aroused I could burst; as our mouths draw nearer, I look into his eyes and …it is not my boyfriend.

I shake myself awake, realizing it was just a dream. I am still at work and my weekend of ease and adventure hasn’t even started yet.

Still reeling from the passion of my dream, and thoughts of my mysterious dance partner, I call my boyfriend and we plan a night to remember.

With the help of Emmy Nominated Choreographer, Louis van Amstel, best known for his 3 hit seasons on America's most popular dance show, 'Dancing with the Stars', my boyfriend and I have learned all of the most popular dance steps. We can now dance the Cha Cha, Salsa, Waltz, Tango, Sumba, Jive, Rumba and the Foxtrot.

I am happy to say that I no longer dream of my handsome stranger. My day dreams are once again filled with thoughts of my gorgeous boyfriend, as we renew our love, make new memories and keep the romance and passion alive.

Learning how to dance has helped us improve our sexlife, tone our bodies, and we have even been able to shed some of those unwanted pounds, and we are having fun while doing it.

Before long you too could be “Dancing like a Star”.
